All services are customized as per client requirements. Any project timelines, revisions, or deliverables will be defined in a written agreement, quotation, or email confirmation.

3. Payments and Refunds

• All projects require a minimum advance payment before work begins.
• The remaining payment must be completed upon project delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments are non-refundable once work has started, due to the creative nature of our services.
• In case of cancellation before project initiation, only partial refunds may be considered, at our discretion.

4. Revisions and Approvals

• Each project includes a limited number of revisions as stated in the project agreement.
• Additional revisions beyond that limit will incur extra charges.
• Final approval from the client signifies acceptance of the project. After approval, no further changes or refunds will be entertained.

5. Ownership and Copyright

• All original creative content (designs, videos, graphics, etc.) created by RefineFX Studio remains our property until full payment is received.
• After full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client for the agreed usage.
• RefineFX Studio reserves the right to showcase completed works in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client projects and will not disclose any sensitive information or materials without consent, except where required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

RefineFX Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services or website.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or marketing results from our creative services.

8. Third-Party Tools and Content

Some projects may involve third-party tools, plugins, or assets. RefineFX Studio is not responsible for third-party licenses, updates, or performance issues. Clients are responsible for verifying usage rights of any materials they provide.

9. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or modify any content without permission.
• Upload or transmit harmful code or content.
• Misrepresent your identity or use the site for unlawful purposes.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any service or project without notice if the client violates these Terms or engages in abusive or fraudulent behavior.
